But with or without that skin and that reflection in the mirror, have always been and will forever be something that just makes us feel better if both, skin and our appearance are in the desired condition. Well, let's be really a little more creative in a bit of an old fashioned and even delicious way, so maybe in addition to the dazzling reflection of ourselves in the mirror, we can see how much wonderful work we have o the inside and that it doesn’t bite. You know, sometimes the most precious smile is the one you give yourself is the true intimacy of your own bathroom.

So let’s go cucumber mask crazy and reveal our gorgeous skin proudly even whilist at home.

Fresh cucumber has numerous benefits like having an astringent effect (shrinks’ pores), soothing effect, hydrates the skin and can eliminate dark spots on the skin but also dark under eye circles, making the skin velvety and radiant.

When buying cucumbers, please make sure you choose the medium ones, because if they are too small they can be still unformed, but if they are too big they can be overripe.

The cucumber mask can actually be prepared quite quickly and is very economical, but if you don't have time you can simply use a few rings every time you make a salad in order to refresh your skin. Peel the cucumber, cut it into rings and place it on your face. Leave it to stay for ten minutes and then rinse it with water. Instead of rings, you can also grate the cucumber and apply it to the skin.

To revitalize the skin, grate the cucumber, add one tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of olive oil, mix well, apply on face directly and leave it to stay for twenty minutes. Afterwards, remove the mask with soft paper towels and then rinse and wash your face with warm water.

If you have oily skin, peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and place it in water for about ten minutes. After that, rinse your face with that very water.

To get a smooth and glowy skin, peel the cucumber, grate it and mix with one egg white, add a few drops of olive oil and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Apply the mask on your face and leave it for between twenty minutes and half an hour, then rinse with water.
